Supports the lead in the development and execution of brand/category solutions & activities for Customer/Channels based on fully integrated, shopper, customer and channel insights.
ENGINEERING
TPM Learning Facilitator: SA citizen. Engineering Diploma. Min 1-2 yrs relevant exp. TPM implementation •Introduces, sells and champions TPM best practices as per the TPM module. • Customises the best practices designed by consultants to suit the needs of the environment. • Drafts a TPM Action Plan with the Departmental Manager and Task Force, to assess the TPM Process.• Manages the process of implementation by tracking progress, communicating barriers at higher levels and co-ordinating area committees. • Provides logistical support for TPM implementation by planning and co-ordinating meetings, workshops and team building. • Identifies learning gaps. Either conducts training or arranges training for operators to bridge these gaps.
QA Co-ordinator: SA citizen. Technical qualification. QMS & SAP QM exp. Manages Quality Assurance and ensures that internal and external quality standards are adhered to. Custodian of knowledge with in their applicable category.

Asst Process Development Manager: SA citizen. BSc Chem Eng.
